About 10 days before the payment transfer, Arizona Water Company will send you a copy of your water bill. That way, you will always know, several days in advance, when the transfer will occur and the amount of your bill.
If you choose to participate in our autopay program, you will not receive a return envelope with your monthly bill.
Be sure to provide your Arizona Water Company Account Number to the online bill paying service. If they request that your monthly bill be sent to them directly, call or visit your local Arizona Water Company office to complete a Customer Information Change form.
For your convenience, Arizona Water Company provides a return envelope with your monthly water bill.
Use the return envelope to mail in your check. Be sure to affix the proper postage on the envelope to avoid the payment arriving late.
If you have a credit balance on your account, you will not receive a return envelope with your monthly bill.
