The Development Services Department is responsible for providing assistance, solutions, and exceptional customer service for residents, developers, and businesses requesting water service to their properties. When you see projects under construction in an Arizona Water Company service area, you know the Development Services team, local office, and engineers reviewed, inspected, and approved every aspect of it to ensure it meets water quality standards. All of our departments work together as one team to guide you through the process of your project every step of the way.

Development Services is the new way for you to:

• Submit your water service information request for residential, commercial/multi-family, subdivision, will serve letter, and utility map request.
• View current project submittal and design standards, including Arizona Water Company Specifications, water plan checklist, and water report checklist.
• Determine if your property is in the Arizona Water Company Service Area.
