Arizona Water Company is seeking a qualified contractor to provide a Statement of Qualifications for Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) services for the project listed below:

Overfield Road Water Facility

Arizona Water Company is proposing to construct site improvements, electrical improvements, well equipping, and a coagulation/filtration arsenic removal facility along Cottonwood Road and Lakeland Drive in Casa Grande, AZ.

Arizona Water Company (AWC) is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified, licensed firms interested in providing Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) services involving site improvements, electrical improvements, well equipping, and construction of a coagulation/filtration arsenic removal facility (ARF). Future improvements at the site not part of this project will include water storage tanks, booster pumps, equipping of a second well and an ion exchange nitrate removal facility (NRF). Future improvements off site will include Overfield Road and West Lakeland Drive Road improvements.

The Contractor must complete the project by May 31, 2026

Bid Due Date and Time: December 27, 2024 at 2:00 P.M.
Pre-Bid Meeting: December 10, 2024, at 10:00 A.M., on Microsoft Teams
Location for Submission: SOQ shall be submitted via email to [email protected].
SOQ submittals must include the Contractor’s name and “Overfield Road Water Facility” in the subject line.
Opening Location and Time:: SOQ will be publicly opened December 27, 2024 at 2:00 P.M. on Microsoft Teams. Only SOQ received by the bid due date will be opened.

Arizona Water Company is proposing to replace 83 plastic and galvanized steel services with new copper services and 83 meters on Goldmine Road, Aztec Road, Shade Road, and Cordova Court in Rimrock, Yavapai County, Arizona.
